Life Settlement Provide Financial Relief

Bob faced rising and burdensome life insurance policy premiums totaling nearly 10% of the death benefit each year. After carefully evaluating his budget, he determined that the policy was no longer affordable and considered accepting the less than $600 remaining in cash surrender value. Bob and his wife discussed the policy and the possibility of a sale. They sent it to their agent/friend who previously worked with Welcome Funds to explore the life settlement option. At the conclusion of the process, Bob received over $31,000 more than he would have been paid from the life insurance company. The life settlement proceeds provided much-needed comfort and relief during a financially stressful time.
